Evolving for success.
In 2017, Coca-Cola of Northern New England (CCNNE) expanded their regional presence within the Northeast, adopting new bottling locations across eight states in the Northeast – including all of New England, upstate and western New York, and a portion of Pennsylvania. The organization went from 1,000 employees to 4,000 employees overnight. CCNNE looked to Lifetime to deploy a comprehensive qualitative research project to gauge employee perception of CCNNE culture, mission and values to inform an evolution of the brand positioning and identity that mirrored the now larger organization.
Subsequently, Lifetime created a strategic roadmap to drive new positioning throughout the organization and is working on a new visual brand identity for 2019. Furthermore, to help cultivate excitement around the new CCNNE family of bottling facilities, Lifetime produced, directed and filmed two videos. One video to celebrate the 40th anniversary of CCNNE that captures the curation process of local artist, Markus Sebastiano, commissioned to create an emotional tribute to CCNNE. The other video captured the success and joy of winning over a new restaurant that, for years, had served only the competition.
